Moving On From Past Relationships
Past-relationships can have damaging and lingering effects. If the relationship was a good one, happy memories keep coming back to you but if it had been an abusive one, it becomes difficult to let go of the bad memories and move on. It is good to end a bad relationship but the moving on part can be very difficult. The unpleasant emotions and feelings associated with that phase of life cripple you when you least expect it. However, it is important that you get hold of your self-esteem and take care of your emotional and mental health and move on in life.
